There is no "UK MSN/YAHOO Online Lottery Promotion," therefore, recipients of fake emails which claim they ware winners in such a lottery are asked not to follow the instructions in them. The fake emails are being sent by lottery scammers who are attempting to trick their potential victims into sending them money for a lottery that doesn't exist.
