951–777–4431 and 800–391–4090 Scam Calls
If you receive a scam call from 951–777–4431 or 800–391–4090, hang up immediately. This is because the caller is a scam artist out of California calling local Decatur Utilities (DU) customers and demanding payment. Do not fall for these scam artists. Remember, you can always verify your account status by calling Decatur Utilities at 256–552-1400 option 4.
