Is Dckoetctwmall Online a Scam? See the Review of the Online Store
I purchased two magazines for $US26.20 which when converted to $AUS cost me $42.20 from Noble New Toys and Hobbies website located at www.dckoetctwmall.online. I was sent a men's ring which I was told was the mistake of the dispatch company. I said I want my magazines but only to be told that they are out of stock. I have been arguing with an unknown person for my money back which they guarantee as they said it was their fault and not mine. They refuse to send me money back and to keep the ring and use it as a gift.
I am still arguing by emailing for my money since the 25th October 2018. I put in the word Cenjiayu and the word covers so many websites. Ones which sell everything, even cars. They are connected to bussiness@customerserviceglobal.com. I have complained to the ACCC here in Australia. I am also trying for the bank to get my refund but to date no luck. Those being sent scarfs are dealing with the same Chinese scam artists who are behind my scam.
