Is Corachic a Scam or Untrustworthy Clothing Store

I ordered three items from Corachic located at www.corachic.com back on November 12, 2019. As of today, January 4, 2020, I have not received one single item. I was told I'd receive my items within 10-25 days. Obviously that's a bald-faced lie and there's no other stronger way to put it. To add salt to the insult, they tell you: "Contact us if you have any problem." I have tried countless times to get in touch with them to no avail. One cannot help it but feel that you've been robbed and mocked both at the same time.
