Royal Mail Scam Email - Redelivery

If you have received an email or text claiming to be from the Royal Mail asking for a fee, it is a scam.  This is because Royal Mail will not ask their customers to pay a redelivery fee.

And, if you are asked to visit a website and ask to enter your banking or credit card information after following a link in an email or text that claims it is from the Royal Mail, please don't. This is because you may have been tricked into visiting a phishing or fake Royal Mail website created by cybercriminals that steals personal and financial information.

If you were tricked by a Royal Mail scam into submitting financial information on a fake website, please contact your bank for help, and check your statements for unauthorised transactions and report them to your bank.
