ossupport.us Scam Calls - Microsoft Technical Support Help Scammers

I received a telephone call where the caller claim my computer is having problems with Microsoft. The caller took me to this website, www.ossupport.us, and said if I see a boy I should click on his face to download something. I stopped when they said they wanted me to download some unknown software because I know this is a scam. I know Microsoft Tech Support does not call customers unless they requested it. The call came from 602-795-2230.

Remember, if you get an unexpected or unsolicited call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft's Technical Support Team, and the person asks you to give his/her access to your computer or download some unknown software or program, please do not. This is how some online scammers or cyber criminals steal personal and financial information. They trick potential victims into downloading spyware or remote access software that gives them access to their potential victims' computers without them knowing.

If you were tricked by cybercriminals into downloading software or giving them access to your computer, disconnect your computer from the internet and get help from a tech-savvy person. The tech-savvy person will scan your computer for spyware or hidden surveillance software that may have been installed on your computer by cybercriminals.
