Skip Challenge Pass Out and Choking Game

"Skip Challenge," also known as the "Pass out Game" has been resurrected. This unsafe activity where players press a person's chest hard until he or she is unconscious can result in seizures, brain damage, or even death. If the oxygen level in the brain is low for 2-3 minutes, the brain will be disturbed. For example, oxygen deficiency in the eyes can cause blindness. It is similar to other parts of the body in which the lack of oxygen supply can cause neural damages in those areas, which why the Skip challenge is a dangerous game.

The "Skip Challenge" or "Pass out Game"

At the first challenge, a player can still can be conscious, but if they do it for multiple times, it can seriously affect their health. Therefore, people are asked to stop this practice.

In the U.S. alone, 82 children between the ages of 6 and 19 died after playing the Choking Game between 1995 and 2007. The Choking Game’s origins are murky, but anecdotal evidence suggests children have been playing versions of it since at least the 1930s. (Some experts say it’s been around as long as kids have been curious.)
