The fake "Microsoft Empowering Innovation Philanthropies 2020" email below is a scam. Therefore, recipients are asked not to follow the instructions in it. The fake email, which claims the recipients have been awarded a cash grant for personal business and community development, is being sent by online scammers. The scammers' aim is to trick their potential victims into believing they are from Microsoft and then trick them into sending money in order to receive their so-called grant. But, if victims send their hard-earned money, the scammers will take it and disappear, and the victims will be left with they grant or money they were promised.
