Scam: KFC Giving Everyone Who Shares and Comments a Free Bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken
There is a fake KFC Facebook profile called KFC Premium Club that is claiming KFC will give everyone a free bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken if they share and comment on their fake post. This is not true and is a harvesting scam claiming KFC is doing this to celebrate their 68th anniversary. Therefore, Facebook or other social media users who have received the fake post are asked not to comment or share it because they will not receive the free KFC they were promised.

Once shared or commented on, the scammers behind the fake Facebook profile will ask users to go to the malicious website page.dagmaar. com
On the malicious website, visitors will be asked to complete surveys that will steal their personal and other sensitive information that will be sent to the scammers behind the fake post. Some visitors may be redirected to malicious websites that will infect their computers or mobile devices with malware. They may also be taken to websites where they will tricked into signing up for unwanted premium services.
Facebook users should always go directly to the legitimate KFC Facebook profile to verify promotions at https://www.facebook.com/KFC
