BlockChain Fake and Phishing Emails
Today, I received the fake BlockChain email, which claims behavior that may violate the Blockchain rules have been detected on my account. If you look carefully at the email, you will notice that Blockchain is spelt incorrectly, and the website the link goes to is not the legitimate Blockchain website. What the scammers did was to insert additional letters to the domain name (blockockchains .com) to make it look like the legit website at www.blockchain.com, at first glance. Also, the fake email came from a Yahoo email address instead of an address from @blockchain.com.

Recipients of emails like the one above are asked never to click the links in them. They should instead, go directly to www.blockchain.com and sign into their account from there.
