Fake Google Ads Payment Failure and Suspension Circumventing Systems Emails
Google Ads customers are asked to be on the lookout for fake "Payment failure" emails like the one below. The fake emails, with account number 747-128-4244, attempt to trick and frighten Google Ads customers into believing their account has been suspended fro circumventing the system. The emails then claim the recipients should submit an appeal if they believe the same emails were sent in error. But, clicking on the link in the fake emails go to a fake and phishing website called eecrlog.com that appears to steals Google account credentials.
