World Health Organization COVID-19 Grant Scam

Scammers are sending out fake World Health Organization COVID-19 grant scam emails like the one below. Recipients asked not to respond to the email because they are being sent by scammers, not the WHO. The scammers' aim is to trick the recipients into sending them money for a grant that doesn't exist. If the victims send money, the scammers will take it and disappear and the victims will never get the grant they were promised.
