As people worldwide self-quarantine to halt the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), major retailers are running out of the Nintendo Switch. Due to this shortage, scammers have open fake stores claiming to sell Nintendo Switch Consoles. The scammers lure potential victims to the fake stores by offering the game consoles at ridiculously low prices.

The Switch is currently unavailable at Amazon, GameStop, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, and other major online retailers. So, eager gamers will get tricked into purchasing from the fake stores. But, if it seems too good to be true, it usually is. So, be aware of those fake stores, research a store before purchasing from it.
