Infosms Scam Singapore Targeting SingPost Customers

There are Infosms phishing scams currently targeting SingPost customers to extract personal data and payments for so-called "undelivered" parcels. The fake text messages have links that go to fake websites imitating the SingPost website, asks for personal data. It is most unfortunate that scammers are taking advantage of the COVID-19 global pandemic to feed on the vulnerable during these uncertain times. The authorities have been notified and immediate crackdown measures enacted.

SingPost does not ask for outstanding payment via text messages. And, if there were any outstanding charges or payment, SingPost will only collect the payment at the point of delivery or collection of the parcel.
