Shoppers Drug Mart Email Scam
Please be advised that some of Shoppers Drug Mart members are receiving fraudulent ‘phishing’ texts and emails from Shoppers Drug Mart and PC Optimum about COVID-19. These are not legitimate and is a common text scam. If you've received one of these messages - Do not click any of the links or reply with any personal information. Immediately delete the text.

- Activate two-step verification, visit the account settings of your app or through pcoptimum.ca
- Reporting the scam to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca or 1-888-495-8501
- If you have clicked on a link in the text and provided personal information, please contact the PC Optimum Member Care Centre at 1-866-727-6468
