Is Takata Airbag Class Action a Scam? airbagclassaction.com

The Takata Airbag Class Action is not a scam. Class actions commenced in the Supreme Court of New South Wales against BMW, Honda, Lexus, Mazda, Nissan, Subaru, and Toyota in relation to Takata airbags have reached an in-principle settlement. If approved by the Court, eligible group members will be entitled to receive compensation.

The registration process for the airbag class action settlement payment has now opened. The deadline to register your claim is 18 February 2022. Group Members who do not register by that date will not be entitled to receive any settlement payment. If you have multiple affected vehicles, you must submit a separate claim for each vehicle.

Tens of millions of vehicles with Takata airbags are under recall. Long-term exposure to high heat and humidity can cause these airbags to explode when deployed. Such explosions have caused injuries and deaths.
