The fake email invoice claims recipients were charged for subscription automatically and in order to cancel, they need to call +1 850 757 4541. But, there were no charges and the telephone number is fake. This is how the scammers trick their potential victims into calling them. Therefore, if you have received the same fake Malwarebytes renewal email, just delete it.
