Royal Mail 1.99 Scam - Missed Package Delivery

The fake Royal Mail email, which claims the recipients have missed a package delivery from HMRC Revenue & Customs and then provides a link to click on and reschedule the delivery, is a scam. The scam involves an email which claims Royal Mail has tried to deliver a parcel - and then asks you to pay £1.99 to arrange redelivery. If you have received the fake Royal Mail email, please do not follow the instructions in it, just delete it.
