Postcode Lottery Scam Email - Beware

The fake People's Postcode Lottery prize below is a scam. The fake lottery prize, which claims recipients have been selected at random by a computer ballot system, is being sent by lottery scammers. The scammer's aim is to trick their potential victims into sending them their personal information by requesting a passport or driving license, and photo.

The Postcode Lottery Scam Email

If the requested information is sent to the scammers, they will attempt to use it fraudulently. The scammers will contact their potential victims and attempt to trick them into sending money, which they will claim they need to do in order to receive their so-called lottery prize or money. But, if the potential victims send the scammers their hard-earned money, they will never receive the money or prize they were promised. And,, the scammers will take their money and disappear.

Therefore, if you have received the lottery scam, please do not follow the instruction in it, just delete it.
