If you have received the fake Jamaica Ministry of Labour and Social Security Grant WhatsApp message below, please do not follow the instructions in it, just delete it. The fake message, which claims beneficiaries of government grants of J$150,000 for people who worked between 2010 and 2021 has been announced, contains a link that goes to the fake Ministry of Labour and Social Security website at hu6k .com/jm/ that appears to steal personal information. It also takes potential victims to spam and malicious websites.

The scammers behind the fake message trick potential victims by falsely claiming they will receive a J$150,000 government grant. But, it doesn't matter what the potential victims do, they will never receive the grant they were promised.
