The Equifax text scam below, which claims the recipients' score has dropped and must be confirmed or disputed, is being sent by scammers. The text scam asked recipients to click the link in it in order to dispute, but the link goes to phishing or fake Equifax website that steals account credentials, personal and financial information.

If you have received the text scam, please do not follow the instructions in it, just delete it. The website or link (5gmci.info) does not do not belong to Equifax, it is just another fake and phishing website created by scammers to steal their potential victims' money and/or personal information.
