The Netflix Scam Emails and Texts

But, clicking the links in the Netflix scam emails or texts will take potential victims to fake and phishing Netflix websites that steal account credentials, personal or financial information, which will be used fraudulently. Therefore, if you have been tricked by a Netflix scam into disclosing your account credentials or financial information, please change your password and contact your bank for help.

If you receive a Netflix email or text message asking you to update payment or personal information, never click the link or button in the message. Instead, go directly to www.netflix.com and sign into your account. If there is a problem with your account, you will be notified after signing in.
