PayPal Coinbase Scam and Fraudulent Email Message

The fake PayPal Coinbase email invoice below, which claims the recipients have sent a payment to Coinbase Inc, and have the option of cancelling it, is a phishing scam. The fake email is being sent by cybercriminals to trick PayPal users into contacting them via the fake PayPal technical support telephone number 1 888-288-5211.
