ACE Settlement Cash Advance Company Scam Email
Online users who have received the so-called "ACE Settlement Cash Advance Company" email below, which claims that they have been given a chance to settle an ACS Cash Service debt outside of court, should delete it and not follow the instructions in it. This is because the fake email is fraudulent and is being sent by scammers, who are attempting to trick the recipients into sending them money, believing that they will be sued for money owed and their credit history tarnished.

That is the main reason the Accounting Department of Cash Advance USA has decided to mark this case as a flat refusal and press legal charges against you.
You are going to be legally prosecuted in the Courthouse within a couple of days. Your S.S.N is to be put on hold by the US Government, so before it happens we would like to notify you about this matter.
