The website, Wp20.ru, is a web browser hijacker that displays unwanted and malicious advertisements. Potential victims may receive links to wp20.ru via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or email. If the link is clicked, they will be taken to Wp20 where they may be tricked into downloading and installing adware and other malicious software.
The aim is to modify the settings on your web browser in order to get it to redirect and display different advertisements. Once your web browser starts to display various types of online advertisements, it will slow down your computer.
