The scam text, which claims recipients should call 877-832-0998, is another attempt by scammers to trick potential victims into calling them. If they are contacted, the scammers will pretend to be Regions Bank's customer service or support representatives and will attempt to trick their potential victims into disclosing their account credentials, personal and financial information.
