Text Scam Your Bill is Paid and Gift For You - Free Msg
Scammers are sending the text scam below to their potential victims claiming their bill has been paid and asks them to click the link in it for a gift. The scam text will appear to have been sent from your telephone number, in other words, it will appear as if it was sent from the recipients' telephone number. As well as, the text can also be sent from 929 area code telephone numbers.

The scam attempts to trick recipients into clicking the link in it by claiming they will get a gift. But, the link in the "Your Bill is Paid" goes to a phishing website that steals account credentials, personal and financial information.
If you were tricked into clicking the link and asked to sign in with your account credentials, please change your passwords. And, if you were tricked into disclosing financial information, please contact your bank for help.
