Is Profile Picture App Safe or it is a Scam? New Profile Pic Review
The Cartoon Profile Picture App or Newprofilepic, a photo processing profile picture app that is located at newprofilepic.com, newprofilepicture.com, or profilepic.com appears to be safe. It appears that the app was created by Linerock Investments Ltd. Based on the company's LinkedIn profile, its headquarters is in San Francisco, but it seems most of its employees are Russians. The New Profile Pic app is currently located in the Google Play Store and Apple Store. If the app was not safe or a scam it would have been removed from both stores, because both Google and Apple vet apps.

What I find suspicious about New Profile Picture is that it is listed as owned by "Informe Laboratories Inc" in the Apple Store and as "Linerock Investments Ltd" in the Google Play Store.
