The fake Chase Bank text below, which asks recipients to confirm if they make a payment, is a scam. The fake text message is being sent by scammers who are attempting to frighten and trick their potential victims into calling them at the same telephone number. If called, the scammers will pretend to be from Chase and attempt to trick their potential victims into disclosing their personal and financial information, which they will use fraudulently.
