Amazon Account Scam Text - Locked, Suspended, Terminated or Restricted
The Amazon account scam text messages below, which claim the recipients' account has been locked, suspended, terminated or restricted, are being used to steal account credentials, personal and financial information. The scam texts attempt to frighten and trick potential victims into clicking the link in it, which goes to a fake and phishing Amazon website.

Once on the phishing website, visitors will be asked to sign in and enter personal and financial information. But, if the requested information is submitted, it will be sent to the scammers, who will use it fraudulently.
If you have been tricked by the Amazon Security scam text, please change your Amazon password, and contact your bank for help if you have submitted your financial information on the phishing website.
