Is Southwest Rapid Rewards Points Email a Scam?
The Southwest Rapid Rewards is not a scam. In addition to refunds and reimbursements, Southwest is also sending Rapid Rewards points to customers affected by the recent fiasco. Southwest is sending 25,000 bonus Rapid Rewards points in an apology email with the subject line "A message from Southwest CEO Bob Jordan." After a massive disaster in their holiday operations, the airline will hopefully return better and stronger!
