PayPal Help Desk Number Scam Email Invoice and Transaction
Online scammers are sending PayPal Help Desk scam email invoices to potential victims and making the same emails appear as if they came from service@paypal. The fake and fraudulent PayPal invoices claim a transaction has been made on the recipients' accounts and if they didn't make the transaction they should call the fake PayPal Help Desk telephone number: +44 1223 92 6631 for a refund.
But, if the potential victims call the fake PayPal telephone number, they will be greeted by scammers pretending to be PayPal representatives. They will attempt to trick potential victims into disclosing their account credentials, personal and financial information, which will be used fraudulently.

If you receive an email which appears to be from PayPal that asks you to call a suspicious telephone number, go directly to www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us and to contact PayPal instead of calling the telepone number.
