The first thing that I have noticed about this website is that it doesn't have SSL security on the checkout page. An order or checkout page is where you would enter your personal and credit card information.

SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is used to protect your personal and credit card information by encrypting it before sending it over the internet. All online stores must have SSL security on their order pages because this protects their customers’ information by sending it over a secure connection.

When ordering anything online, ensure that the web address or URL starts with HTTPS:// in your browser's address bar. HTTPS indicates that the connection between your computer and the website that you are ordering from is secure.

On the website medicalwelhealthcare.com, if you go to their order page at HTTPS://medicalwelhealthcare.com/cart/checkout/, nothing comes up. This is because this website has no SSL security protection and is an indication that it was setup by scammers.

I recommend that you do not order anything from this website medicalwelhealthcare.com.
