Virus Email Message - Court Eviction Notification
The email message below: "Eviction Notification," is a fake and has a malicious attachment or link to a virus or Trojan horse that will infect your computer if you open or click on it. The message was designed to trick the recipients into opening the malicious attachment or clicking on the malicious link, which will download a virus onto their computers.

You are hereby given notice that you are in breach of your tenancy of the premises you currently occupy.
To remedy the breach you have to quit the premises within the following four weeks.
If you fail to comply you will be physically removed and fined for up to 100 minimum monthly wages.

Opening or clicking on the attachment or link in the fake email message will infect your computer with a virus, Trojan horse or some other malware.
Once your computer has become infected with this malicious Trojan horse, the cybercriminals behind this email message will be able to access and take control of your computer remotely from anywhere around the world. They may spy on you, use your computer to commit cybercrimes, or steal your personal and financial information.
Now, if you have already clicked on the malicious link, downloaded and installed the malicious file or open the attachment in the email message, please do a full scan of your computer with the antivirus software installed on it.
The email and/or name of the attachment may change, so be careful when clicking on links in an email message and opening email attachments.
