"SS-Network 2019" Fake Secret-Shopper Emails Being Sent by Scammers

The fake "SS-Network 2019" secret-shopper email below is a scam being sent by online scammers. The victim of this scam will be provided with a fake or counterfeit check (cheque) and will be advised to cash it and then asked to use some of the proceeds to do some form of secret shopping. Also, the victim may be asked to take part in surveys or other promotional services. But, the counterfeit check will bounce and the victim who cashes the check will be held responsible for the money lost in the transaction and any additional fees imposed by his or her bank. They may even get arrested for fraud.

Hello,

We are accepting applications from qualified individuals from all-over the world to become Secret-Shopper. There is no charge to become a shopper and you do not need previous experience.

After you sign up, you will have access to training materials from us. Your wages would be USD 300 per assignment. No commitment is made on this job and you would have flexible working hours. At least 2 evaluations a week will be assigned to you because this is a part time job and we think this job suits you. We will provide you the money for all of your evaluations.

Money order/Payment check would be in a certain amount which you would be required to cash at your Bank, then deduct your salary and have the rest used for the evaluation at the store that would be given to you for evaluations.
