Confidential.

Please excuse my intrusion into your privacy. I am Barr. Andrew Smith, a lawyer. Principal partner with Smith Solicitors here in London.

My proposal might be strange because we have not met, but the secret nature of the deal requires that I trust you so as to achieve it. A client of mine who banks with the Halifax Bank died in a car crash with his entire family 13years ago, having made a fixed deposit of US$6.5Million in the bank All effort to locate a next of kin have proven abortive since then. Meanwhile, recently, the financial authorities have reminded that the funds will be confiscated by next year as the fund would have been ignored without claim for fourteen years. As his lawyer, I have every required legal document to claim the funds to any other account of my choice, but I need someone whom I can trust and present as the next of Kin. If you can work with me, I will submit your name as the Next of kin, and back it up with all legal documents including the WILL of my deceased client and have the funds transferred to your own account without any singular risk. I have agreed with my contact in the bank to take 50% of the money, 30% for you for assisting, and 20% for charity, rather than allow the authorities to reclaim the fund. Please treat with utmost secrecy and confidentiality.

If you can assist me in this, please respond through my email address andrewsmithinvestement@gmail.com and I will furnish you with complete details.

I await your response

Yours Sincerely

Andrew Smith.
