4695806823 Scam Texts and Calls

After receiving the texs, I received a landline call from 4695806823 saying from SSA and there is a problem with my Social Security # and they are going to call the sheriff and media. I did not return the call and I do not have any problem with my Social Security #.
Within 24 hours I started getting numerous calls saying acknowledge of this message will be considered intentional attempt of non appearance. No other information left in message. No company name given or what the call is in reference to. I have had 12 - 16 calls and they come about every minutes for about an hour in the morning and in the afternoon!
