Rapid Address Change Scam at rapidaddresschange.com

I went onto this website thinking they were USPS and did an address change online. The rapid address website asked for my card information so I checked my bank account once I completed the form. I was billed $79.95 and went back to the website and realized this was not USPS. I contacted their customer support number and their voicemail states "there are no available agents at the moment" I left 2 voicemails.

Rapid Address Change at rapidaddresschange.com

I went onto their live chat and waited an hour for an agent and as my window was open on the chat I got an email stating I missed the chat. This also occurred twice. Then I emailed their customer support showing them the confirmation they emailed me and the transaction on my account. They deny it was them and then I get a second email stating they need more information. This website is a scam and they frauded me. They give me no way to contact them and took $79.95 from my account.
