Facebook Lottery Scammers Using Fake Identifications (IDs)

Today, I received a text message from phone number: 1-985-492-0016, with an attached photo identification (see below) of a man claiming to be a Facebook Claim agent or officer. Because I know there is no Facebook lottery, I know right away it is a scam. Therefore, Facebook or online users who have received text or email messages claiming they have won the Facebook lottery are asked to delete them. This is because there is no Facebook lottery, and the messages are being sent by Facebook lottery scammers disguising themselves as Facebook Claim agents or officers.

Please continue below.

A Fake Facebook Claim Agent Identification (ID) Used by Lottery Scammers

Fake Facebook Claim Agent Identification (ID)

The aim of the lottery scammers is to trick Facebook or online users into sending them money for some so-called Facebook lottery. Remember, there is no Facebook lottery and there is no Facebook Claim agents or officers. And, online users who have received unexpected messages requesting personal, financial information, or money, are asked not to follow the instructions in them. This is because legitimate companies do not send unsolicted messages requesting personal, financial information, or money for lottery winnnings or prizes.
