This morning I received an e-mail message with the subject "R_O_L_E_X Discount" claiming to sell Rolex watches. The e-mail message was sent from Lao People's Democratic Republic, which is a landlocked country in Southeast Asia, bordered by Burma and China to the Northwest, Vietnam to the east, Cambodia to the south and Thailand to the west.
