The hoax claims that Bill Gates, one of the richest men in world, will give you $5,000 if you share it. With Facebook over 1 billion active users, not even the richest man in the world would be able to pay everyone $5,000, if they were to share the fake Facebook post.

If you see the same photo of Bill Gates, with different information on the piece paper he is holding, it is a fake. Persons will continue to create their own versions of the hoax.
I know times are tough and everyone would like a free $5,000 payout to help them with the financial burden they are currently facing, but you won't be paid and do not go blaming Bill Gates.
