Does anyone know if choosesyourneeds.com" a Michael kors site is a scam? I purchased two items and they sent me an email saying to come to "promptlypayments" to check my order? Please help!

Ordered using the website, originally was able to track the order and had reasonable communication from them.
Checked again yesterday and the link to the support has disappeared and the tracking website now says that the item has expired and can no longer be tracked.
Thought I had checked for the security of the site before placing the order but I must have been incorrect.
Please beware.

I canceled the order and I have never received my refund,
I have exchanged a lot of emails with them but the money does not arrived.
If you check the website today it doesn't exists.

No refund was given; tracking number given by very untrustworthy person called Lisa Marshall. Company is a disgrace; avoid it.

Unfortuantely I made bad experiences with promptlypayments.com. I made a payment 3 weeks ago and have not received the ordered items. Re my question to refund the not delivered item no answer recieved so far. The money seems to be gone, I will take legal steps against them.
Please do not trust this site and never make any payments!

Placed an order on ray-ban-outlet .ws. Order never arrived. Promptlypayments keep telling me they've sent the order, that the order is in customs, that they will send the order again, the order will be there soon, they will refund, they will send a company check……
10 months on and still nothing. They now just reply to my questions with a "."

I bought a dress from that website when they ship the dress it was the wrong address and then they would not give me my money back. When I argued they finally conceded to letting me return the dress to get my money back but I would have to pay the shipping charges to China.
No where on the website doesn't show China is being where the dress is coming from.
Total scam. Out $250
