The email message with the subject "You have received a new secured and private message from our online security team", is a phishing scam. This scam was designed by scammers to steal your PayPal and personal information.

The grammar and spelling in the email message are poor, which is the first thing we use to determine if an email message is legitimate or not.
Although, this email message appeared as if it came from PayPal, it was not. Please note that PayPal will address you by your name in every email message. They will not address you as "Dear Account Holder", "Dear User", or "Dear Customer".
If you were tricked into sending your PayPal information by this scam, please change your PayPal password immediately.

I have recived an email today and it's the same as othersAnd this one uses the skype con and the web site they have called themselves this time is "hxxp://landwars.net" if you receive a pay pal email regarding skype with "hxxp://landwars.net"In the link then back out of the email immediately and delete it. On a laptop your antivirus should alert you of such a threat but a mobile phone example an iPhone that doesn't have anti phishing malware protection will not inform you and this is how these criminals get to steel your Money and your identity I think apple iOS 7 needs to address this so be carefull
