There is no video, and the scam was created by cyber-criminals to lure Facebook users to a fake Facebook website, in an attempt to trick them into sharing it or completing surveys, by promising to show them a video depicted by the image in the Facebook post.

If you click on this Facebook post (DO NOT), you will be taken to the malicious and fake Facebook website rod.4pu.com/bb26/?2602.
The scammer behind this scam will change the website names and images, so watch out for similar scams with different website names and images.
Once on the website, the victim will be asked to complete surveys or share the same website before he/she can view the video. Now, sharing this web page will only help spread this scam to other Facebook users. And, completing the surveys will only generate revenue for the cybercriminals behind this scam.
The victim on the other hand, will not be able to view the video that they were promised, because it doesn't exist.
