The advertisement below: "You are missing the plugin to play the video - upgrade," is malicious and you should not click on it. This advertisement was created by cyber-criminals to trick persons into clicking on it, thinking you they need a plugin or to upgrade their plugin, in order to watch a video. But, clicking on the advertisement will only redirect them to a malicious website that will infect their computers with viruses, Trojan horses, Potentially Unwanted Programs or other malware.

Clicking on this malicious advertisement will take you to the malware website: www.my-movie-player.com.

This website will attempt to download some malware or potentially unwanted programs on your computer by taking you to another malicious website: get.file2desktop.com.

Here my anti-virus software blocked the website stating it is Malware Distribution Point.

Now, these cyber-criminals will continue to trick internet users into installing malicious software by luring them to malicious websites and claiming that they need some form of software to watch a video or some other content.

Always install software from websites that are popular or well-known. If you do not known where to download software, ask a tech-savvy family member or friend.
