      I have the same issue going on 5 months. I have received one email back from someone there to my many emails. I got one from them on September 5 of this yearsimply saying. How can I help you? What was your order number?

      This after I had sent them 6 emails all with my order number name and email etc included. The email I got back from them was from the following email address:

      customer@dudevreative.com

      I have since emailed that address 3 times all have gone thru I have never gotten a failed to deliver message but I have also never gotten a reply since the 5 of September 2018.

      I have emailed them again today and have given them till the 5 of October 2018 to either refund my money or fulfill my order.

      The order total was 40 dollars not a grand amount but still 40 dollars that I feel was stolen from me now. Anyway I hope this helps you.

      I wouldn't count on a swift reply if you email them. After reading this on here I wish I had researched them before ordering anything. Never would have placed it.

    Unfortunately, did not see this before using DudeCreative. Well cant log into the site and have no idea of the status of the order (hahahahahaha). But, its been over a month. No responses from emails etc... Ah well, I guess I am one of the many who have fallen victim to the site.

    These guys are crafty and malicious. I ordered a smart wallet and paid for quicker delivery, only to have to wait a month for delivery and only got shipped when I escalated to PayPal for non-delivery.

    Now that the item has arrived, it has none of the features that were described on the website. I have again escalated for a refund, as all methods of contact with the company are not being answered. I am not hopeful, however, as they have removed my order from the website and either disabled all the links to or removed the product I bought entirely.

      I ordered the same wallet. I never received anything other than a confirmation number saying that my product was on the way over 30 days ago.

      I did not go through PayPal. I used my checking account which I know is stupid but either way I saw the ad on Facebook and thought everything would be on the up-and-up. I ended up having to go to the bank and change my account number.

    You are correct. I ordered the perfect smile veneer's and what I got was those As seen on TV cheap plastic Halloween teeth. I've mailed them back to China but have not received my money refund they promised. My next step is to contact my Credit card company.

      I’m still waiting for my veneers, funny I was able to track the item for a little while, now when I go to track it it’s nowhere to be seen, going off of the reviews of the veneers don’t necessarily think I want them!

      They are definitely scammers, they take your money and run! I’ve tried contacting them several times without any luck

    Well I guess that I am one of the gullible people who ordered from this "DUDECREATIVE" site so I suppose getting a refund for the crappy product they sent to me will be like pulling teeth with pliers.

    That was my first time ordering from a site like that and I assure you it will my last...the product I ordered was the teeth,I would have been better off to order Holloween fake teeth to wear,the product was a joke when I opened it up and seen what I had ordered..so don't I repeat, DON'T order from these people might as well throw your money out a window.

    Omg I cant believe it ive just read some of the comments about dudecreative . I wish i’d done some research to, I ordered my perfect smile in may 2018, got 2pairs of upper teeth instead of what I ordered, upper & lower case.

    I'm absolutely Mortified depressed now skint as I sent my last cash of the month.

    I've email twice, no response & now for the third time. I though I would email there shop, cant do that either, what a surprise.

      Dispute the transaction with your bank. Your bank should research, cancel the transaction and refund your month.

      Your bank may need to cancel your credit card and give you a new one to prevent you from being charged continuously.

    Unfortunately, I am a victim of this company too.

    I made an order the first days of April for two upper teeth and two lower teeth.

    On May 17th, a parcel was delivered, but I had already left for Italy and returned yesterday afternoon.

    I opened the package but inside instead of 2 upper teeth and 2 bottom teeth there were 4 upper teeth.

    How can I get urgently the two bottom teeth I already paid and send the two upper teeth back to you?

    I wrote this on their facebook page, obviously I have not received an answer.

    I then contacted an email address that was on the PerfectSmileVeneers.com website found in the instruction sheet inside the box.

    They replied asking for different data, I sent them with photos of the material received. In the end, their answer was this: We only ship our product here in mainland US and Canada.

    Based on the attachment you included, you are from Belgium and the product you ordered is Instant Smile Comfort Flex - 2 Pack.

    We have identified the fact that someone has taken the packaging and manuals for the Perfect Smile and used them to sell a counterfeit product. Please contact where you exactly purchase the product for further assistance or contact your financial institution to address the need for a refund.

    Conclusion: I have 4 upper teeth that I can not use because they are not good, I threw away the money and since it's been too long I can not even try to get my money back through the bank.

    One thing I wonder, why on the pamphlet inside the box talk about the company that answered me?

    Wow this is so messed up. I ordered a pair top and bottom all white teeth, I haven't received them yet and I guess I want be happy after reading all these comments.

    I know better next time should have done my research before placing my order I guess I will call my bank today. Sorry to all that has been scammed.

    They offered white teeth you just put in. The actual teeth have pink plastic guns attached and need pink putty to put in place after soaking in hot water. They claimed you can eat with them yet instructions on the box day no good or not drinks can be taken. Waste of time and money.

    for me, I already coordinated with my bank but failed, since after an hour that I purchased the item, I saw the reviews and blogs about this FRAUD company.

    I ask them to cancel my order but no reply from their end till now. My bank told me that they tried to coordinate with dude creative but they are not responding as well.

    And since the transaction I made is valid, they can no longer do anything else if the merchant will not reply to them.

    People stay away! They are known for false advertising. Stand up to this company!

    Anyone taken for money and was given a product that clearly not what they ordered that is false advertising and it needs to be reported to the FTC and the BBB.

    Nothing can or will be done if this company is not reported. Stand up for your rights and shut down this SCAM.

    You do not get what is advertised, you get the stick on type that you cannot eat or drink with that on.

    Have contacted PayPal requesting full refund.

    They didn't even send the product that was advertised. Instead of contacting me about the product, they ship out a pair of veneers you can buy at Walmart for half the price.

    My guess from the comments on Facebook they never really had the product. They also took out money for their so called free shipping, no contact about this.

    I had no knowledge of this until I looked at my account. How dare they without my knowledge or consent.

    The tracking number doesnt work and guess what neither does their customer service. How can Facebook allow such a company do business since obviously they have over 120 bad reviews for false advertising.

    I bought a remote 4 wheel drive truck took 2 months to get it,got a piece of junk broke the second time I used it, sent the wrong scale size wrong battery, the box was crumbled, the item does nothing it says it would, biggest rip off I have ever seen will be taking action with them today!

      I ordered the same thing. Arrived 3 months after I ordered it, and 1 month after I got my refund through PayPal. Used Google Translate on the box, and it says "Don't use in or near water, or on especially humid days. ESPECIALLY ON HUMID DAYS! Pretty good for a "waterproof" RC truck.

      And I got the wrong battery. I paid for the "high power"24-volt model and got a 4.7-volt battery. That's just what they send.
