I ordered a pair of Ugg boots as a Christmas gift for my fiance. I did purchase them at a discounted price which should have been a red flag in hindsight. I did receive tracking but found out after I had already purchased them that they were coming from China.

I had previously checked the address of this store and it gave me NYC. It took several weeks and after receiving the boots and doing a little research online, I believe I received fake Uggs. Not to mention, they didn't fit. I attempted to return them with no luck. No response to my emails and surprise, the URL no longer exists for this online store.

I will be sure to keep an eye out on my debit card that I used but nothing suspicious yet. These boots will be donated. I will never purchase from a non certified retailer again. Beware!

I ordered from them on 12/17/17 a Michael Kors wallet. I was charged $51.57 and to date, I haven’t received my wallet. I have tracked the order number several times and the last information was it was canceled or not deliverable. I just called my bank and since it’s over 78 days I might not get my money back..I’m super angry.

I ordered a MK wallet with free shipping, next thing I know they are charging my card for almost 10 dollars more plus a separate foreign fee, right then I knew it was a scam knowing it wasn’t based out of New York. I waited for a tracking number and I messaged for one. Never a response. I finally called my cc and they credited it all back. Now I have received 2 emails from them wanting money and wondering why I cancelled when they sent the wallet. I have never received the wallet. I went back to look at the site again and MK want even listed on the menu any longer. Definitely a scam. Karma will get them. 😡

I TRIED to placed an order for Ugg boots on December 20th. When I hit "place order" I received a message on the site stating something like, "Order declined." I immediately checked online for fraudulent sites. Gatooa.com was listed as a fraudulent site. I did not try to place the order again. Several days later I saw a charge on my credit card.

I immediately called my credit card company to dispute the charge and close my account. Today I received an email from a person by the name of Amy White asking why I reversed the charge and had the audacity to ask that I send $30 via Western Union for shipping fees for counterfeit Uggs! So crazy. I am forwarding this to my credit card company.

I received the same generic email yesterday, in very broken English, requesting I at least pay $30 shipping by Western Union. (My post is from Jan 2)

I accidentally happened upon this website Dec. 14, while in a hurry and ordered a pair of Uggs Ainsley slippers as a Christmas gift. I knew something was wrong when I received an international transaction receipt for $94.26, when my total was $82, and the company was supposed to be in New York.

I immediately tried to cancel the order. No response. Four days later I received an email telling me the item had been shipped via China EMS, with a tracking #. As far as I know, as of today, the item is still somewhere in China - if it even exists. I contacted my credit card company today to dispute the transaction and cancel that card #. 😡

Yep the same thing happened to me! I will be contacting my bank this morning!

    • January 8, 2018 at 7:20 AM by an anonymous user from: New York, United States

I placed my order on 12/20/2017 with the same tracking information and as of today nothing. My cost was 108.00. When I got the receipt it said 124.10 and finally 124.82 was taken off my card. I wrote the company right away and got a response that it was the bank charging me extra. I was instructed by the BBB of New York to file a complaint via this link https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/splash.aspx?. I would suggest you do the same.

    • January 6, 2018 at 5:34 PM by an anonymous user from: Cedar Rapids, Iowa, United States

Update: package arrived today. Fake Ugg short boots, not the Ainsley slippers I ordered. No invoice or return information enclosed.

This site is conducting fraudulent transactions selling and shipping COUNTERFEIT products made in China.

They delivered a Canada Goose parka "made in Canada" from China(!) size 3XL - everything about it screams "FAKE!" - the color, the size (barely fit Medium, far from 3XL), the materials, workmanship quality, logos (no hologram) - everything is POORLY FAKED JUNK.

Plus, no way to send it back or contact anyone - no shipping address, none of the emails or phones are working... I am filing a credit card fraud dispute and throwing this junk away.

I unfortunately made the mistake of using this website too. It's obvious now that it's counterfeit items and not legit. Did you cancel your card? I haven't had any weird charges yet but my item also hasnt delivered so not sure what to expect.

The same thing happened to me. I purchased uggs December 10th, got an email on the 13th stating that they were getting shipped and that's when I found out they were coming from China. The tracking number hasn't shown anything updated since China on December 16th. I'm furious! I'm calling my bank to dispute the charges. Someone needs to shut them down. I was just trying to order a Christmas present for a family member

    • December 23, 2017 at 7:08 PM by an anonymous user from: Newark, New Jersey, United States

I also ordered Uggs for my daughter for Xmas and didn't receive them. I emailed them and it came back as undeliverable. And I called the number and there's no one answering. Hope these pieces of c**p burn in h**l.

I was looking for uggs as well and purchased them from this site. The cost was 108.00 but when I got the receipt it said 124.10. However, when the charge cleared my bank it was 124.82. The amount kept going up. My bank cancelled my card and I open a fraud claim to get my money back.

  • December 21, 2017 at 9:02 PM by an anonymous user from: Middletown, New Jersey, United States

My order of kids Uggs has been processing for 2 weeks now! Email is not answered and phone just rings. Cannot get ahold of anyone. Clearly a sign of fraud! Just my luck.

    • December 22, 2017 at 4:13 PM by an anonymous user from: Ashburn, Virginia, United States

I purchased a pair of uggs 2 days ago for 108.00. Notified by my bank that the charge was 124.10. Called 2 numbers on the site that was bogus. When the charge came through it went up to 124.82. Contacted my bank and open a fraud dispute and filed a complaint with the BBB of New York

  • December 21, 2017 at 9:52 AM by an anonymous user from: Middleboro, Massachusetts, United States

Purchased from this website thinking that they were located in NYC. Then I get a confirmation that the items are going to take 10-15 days to ship. When I contacted them I realized that they are no located in the US but somewhere else. When trying to contact them I got very frustrated with the responses I received. They would not cancel the order said that it had been placed and that I would only receive a portion of my funds back as they had paid the vendor and shipper already.

Called my CC company and disputed the charges as this I feel was a fraudulent transaction with the false information given on their website.

    BUYER BEWARE.

  • December 21, 2017 at 7:49 AM by an anonymous user from: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States

Biggest scam every. They stole money out of my account and now I am trying to recover it from my bank. Don’t order anything from this website.
