The website ir-customer-service.com which appears to be owned by Nexperian Holding Limited from China is another fraudulent website disguised as an online store. Online users who have used their credit cards on websites associated with ir-customer-service.com are asked to contact their banks for help.     list@ir customer service sells crap...they say the RayBan sunglasses are "nearly as good as the real ones" !!!

    WHAT? They admit they are selling counterfeit RayBan sunglasses.

    The quality is s**t...not worth $5.00... My bad.

      Did you contact your bank? I did and they cancelled the transaction and sent me a new bank card.

    We ordered what we thought were Ugg boots. They are not Uggs! I have 2 pair. They are so different and smell terrible! Fake fur stitched in. The sizing is different etc. Stay away from this “company”!

    I have been emailing this company for almost a month waiting for my package. (18 emails back and forth)

    They sent me a tracking number that has been on the same status for 3 weeks now. I can't believe I have been scammed. This has never happened to me before.
