The website ir-customer-service.com which appears to be owned by Nexperian Holding Limited from China is another fraudulent website disguised as an online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the fake online store, or else they run the risk of their credit card information getting stolen and used fraudulently.     WHAT? They admit they are selling counterfeit RayBan sunglasses.

      Did you contact your bank? I did and they cancelled the transaction and sent me a new bank card.

      Flag their emails as Spam so they are automatically sent to your Junk/Spam folder.

    We ordered what we thought were Ugg boots. They are not Uggs! I have 2 pair. They are so different and smell terrible! Fake fur stitched in. The sizing is different etc. Stay away from this “company”!

    I have been emailing this company for almost a month waiting for my package. (18 emails back and forth)

    They sent me a tracking number that has been on the same status for 3 weeks now. I can't believe I have been scammed. This has never happened to me before.
