Musikzoo is a Fraudulent Content Streaming Website

Musikzoo at www.musikzoo.com is a fraudulent ccontent streaming website. The website which claims it will deliver all your favorite movies, music, and games across all your favorite platforms, is similar to the fraudulent websites: www.geeker.com, lilplay.com and tzarmedia.com. Online users who have used their credit cards on the fraudulent website, run the risk of their cards being fraudulently charged for undetermined amounts, even when they have cancelled their subscriptions.

They (musikzoo.com) claim not to charge your credit card for the trial period, but will do so anyway, even if you cancel before the trial period is up. Also, they will charge you to cancel your free registration, and will periodical charge your credit card for an undetermined amount of money. And, the website doesn't have some movies, books and music it has advertised. I think this is another trick used to lure potential victims to the website.

Online user who have already subscribed to musikzoo.com, are asked to contact their credit card company or bank for help to prevent the fraudulent website from fraudulently charging their credit cards, or refund their money if their cards were already charged.

How do I stop these charges? I just now started getting them?

  • June 11, 2021 at 6:39 PM by an anonymous user from: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia

I have been debited by various organisations, for varying amounts, usually about A$50, once in Euros. The debits are by findcharge.com; Teafees.com; musikzoo.com; and Shastrx.com. Two of the charges have been test amounts of about A$3. I have no idea how the organisations obtained my bank details.

If the web sites mentioned in the debit records are searched, the all end up at identical web pages. If an enquiry is made on these web sites, they are inoperative

The bank has been alerted as have the police (police keep track of these thefts and build a picture, which identify the offenders.

I was charged 2 Seperate amounts of US dollars 49.95 . When it was a free trial period. Contacted my bank but they said because I accepted the terms they were unable to help. But the problem is musikzoo lied and said my card wouldn't be charged.

I cancelled my card, and the bank said they are unable to stop any further charges from this place. So annoying.

Yes they are scum but they might be cleaning up their act a little bit.

I too clicked the bait and put my credit card in like a m***n.

The number now will connect you with a person (even at 8PM PST).

When you call, it will ask you to punch in your credit card number (which would not be acing the IQ test) or press zero. Then there is a pause and the voice says:

    "I'm sorry.

I could not process your input.

Please enter your credit card number or press zero."

    Then she says:

    "Transferring to an operator..."

and the guy picked right up.

"Kevin..." I'm sure it's always that name.

He was kinda cranky because he's probably in some sweaty office probably not getting rich.

But, he asked for my customer ID, cancelled, and the confirmation email showed right up.

Then I called my bank and it's not a big deal.

If any charges show up immediately (including the immediate $1.03 charge), they are pending.

If musikzoo trys to get the money, you just dispute like any other charge.

And, if there's more later, just dispute again and perhaps get a replacement card with a new number as suggested above.

In general, none of us would be reading this page if we weren't trying to violate most copyright laws on the planet so shame on us... :)

  • November 5, 2018 at 10:24 AM by an anonymous user from: Milan, Lombardy, Italy

I too fell into the trap of Musikzoo.com by registering me as they make them understand for a euro for music and film. How can I cancel my registration and subscription? is there a way to cancel the subscription in the musikzoo site? Fabio

    • November 5, 2018 at 1:55 PM by info

You cannot trust them to cancel, therefore, open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. And, cancel your current credit card and get a new one to stop them from charging you.

  • July 17, 2018 at 3:34 PM by an anonymous user from: Winter Park, Florida, United States

Scam website-do not fall for their offer! I reported it to my credit card company since a charge of $50 showed up on my monthly statement.

The 888- number only takes you to an automated system with no chance to speak to a real person. They don't even say the name of the company at any time during the phone call.

  • May 2, 2018 at 5:10 AM by an anonymous user from: Auckland, New Zealand

All banks should protect their customers when such a scam company has been identified. I think banks should take some responsibility when it comes to well know scam sites.

I entered my card details to buy a music track for $1.00 then it charged $1.50 the following fortnight $70.00 so The only way to stop the automatic payments is to ring your bank and cancel the card and wait for a new one.

These fraudulent thieves have hit me up for almost $130 in the last three months and I have received nothing in return. I have cancelled the debit card from which they have been stealing money and alerted the NAB and Federal Police of their activities.

When you sign in you see the movies, but you get music videos instead. And, they are using other names and charging your account; this is a scam I am cancelling my credit card because I registered with musikzoo.com. There is another one called fastplayz.com.

  • August 14, 2017 at 2:32 PM by an anonymous user from: Montevideo, Uruguay

I am another victim of musikzoo. I asked for a free trial and they are charging me as a subscriber of music and not in movies which had I requested. I will report it to my credit card company. I recommend that you report them and change the card so that they do not keep charging you.

  • June 29, 2017 at 6:10 PM by an anonymous user from: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

Yes, a C**P site. They say a Free 5 day trial with NO charge (Then charged me $1.03). I immediately sent an email to say cancel my account. 5 days later I logged on and was p****d of to find they had billed me $49 as my first monthly fee because I did not properly use the cancel feature on their site

The support team would not help me. I canceled my Credit card to block any payments to them.

I was immediately charged USD$49.95 although I had signed up for a free trial. I was also charged the USD$1.00 for card verification but this was immediately refunded.

I have been unable to log into the site to download any content or cancel my account, so I have cancelled my card and lodged a dispute with my credit card provider.

After signing up for musikzoo, I received not only a confirmation email from musikzoo.com but also from kungmedia.com.

The musikzoo.com email stated that I’m signed up for a free 5-day Premium download trial, which will automatically switch to $49.95 per month Premium subscription at the end of the trial.

The kungmedia.com email stated that I’m signed up for a free 7-day Exclusive Premium download trial, rather than a 5-day trial, but it did not specify that the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial.

Both websites also immediately charged my credit card USD $1 each.
