The website "www.kaysor.ca" (Kaysor Watches), which claims to sell aesthetic, luxury and quality timepieces or watches, is an untrustworthy online store. I paid for a watch on this site (it's predecessor - mystery watches - over 13 months ago). I've complained repeatedly that my $25 should be returned or my watch delivered.

When they ramped up their marketing a few months ago, I started complaining to the new marketing emails.

They apologized and said they had a bug in their processing and would get my watch to me immediately.

It's been two months since then now.

I ordered a watch in Mid Jan 2017, it is now mid-June 2017 and nothing but excuse after excuse and false tracking #s so far it looks like a scam. the only thing they offered me was 30% off my next purchase like really you think will go through this again for 30% off; what they are now charging a higher rate for? unreal and now won't refund me unless I go through a "process" and ship back. BUYER BEWARE!

Do not trust Kaysorwatches after I ordered they sent an automatic reply to me saying there will be a delay since it was Chinese New Year. So I waited till that holiday was over. I didn't get anything I emailed them they replied as they are getting massive demands hence, their orders have been delays. A guy named Benj spoke first. Later a guy named Henry or something emailed saying to check tracking number which they never gave. I kept asking for a refund they started giving excuses and now they don't even reply.

I ordered a watch from Kaysor 2 months ago, knowing it was a cheap but good looking watch. In the time since I have been repeatedly lied to and the "customer service" has been awful. I've been conversing with a Harry who first told me the watch was held up by the "old postal service", then what seems a more honest answer of it being delayed due to a fulfilment issue, I asked for a receipt of purchase (which has never been given) and waited for the back order to be resolved.

Then the lies really ramped up from Harry, I was told repeatedly I can track the order, hard to without an order #, so I asked for a refund. I was then given an order #, which doesn't show any tracking info. I asked for a refund again, they offered me 30% off my next order.

I told them no, cancel the order and I won't ordergin from them again. Then I was told the order has shipped, so I'll have to return when I receive. I told them to cancel the shipment themselves and refund my money immediately. Now I'm being told they cannot do that and I have to respect the ordering policy for returns.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SO MANY OTHER GOOD ONES OUT THERE.
